Safety Holdings Acquires American Driving Records [Professional Services Close – Up]

Safety Holdings, a subsidiary of SAMBASafety Holdings, announced the acquisition of American Driving Records, a subsidiary of CoreLogic.

In a release dated Sept. 27, the Company said the acquisition closed on Aug. 31.

Safety Holdings' acquisition of American Driving Records expands its ability to provide national driver record access, merges two client bases (SAMBASafety and ADR), and provides a broader suite of risk management offerings. SAMBASafety and ADR will continue operations as subsidiaries of the holding company.

SAMBASafety is a provider of SaaS-based driver risk management services and solutions.

Safety Holdings is a provider of motor vehicle records, driver risk management services and vehicle registration services.
