SISCO agrees to acquire Benefit Coordinators Corp.

Self Insured Services Co. Inc. in Dubuque has entered into an agreement to acquire the Pennsylvania-based Benefit Coordinators Corp.

BCC is a national provider of outsourced solutions connecting human resources for enrollment and eligibility management, consolidated billing services, employee benefit management and specialty administrative services. The company employs about 65 people with offices in San Diego and Pittsburgh. Upon completion of the acquisition, BCC will retain its business name and continue to operate as a separate business entity from SISCO.

SISCO is a third-party insurance administrator, serving more than 280 employers nationwide.
