Robert Zalewski Joins Hantz Bank as Senior Vice President Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hantz Bank announced today Robert Zalewski was named Senior Vice President Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance for Southfield-based Hantz Bank. Prior to joining Hantz, Zalewski was Senior Vice President Mortgage Compliance Officer at Cole Taylor Bank.

Zalewski led the development and implementation of a compliance risk management program and fair lending analytics at the mortgage division of the $5 billion publicly traded Cole Taylor Bank, originating loans in more than 40 states.

Zalewski previously served as a compliance consultant at the Michigan Credit Union League and Affiliates, as a compliance officer at Warren Bank and as a compliance analyst at Fifth Third Bank.

He is a board member of the Accounting Aid Society, one of the oldest volunteer income tax assistance programs in the nation. He received his bachelors of business administration from Eastern Michigan University.
