RedRidge Finance Group Acts as Advisor for ExamWorks, Inc. $55.0 Million Facility

CHICAGO, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- RedRidge Finance Group's Debt Capital Markets Division, acting as Lead Placement Agent and Advisor, announced the successful completion of a $55.0 million Senior Credit Facility for ExamWorks, Inc. ("ExamWorks" or the "Company"). The new facility, funded by nationally recognized banks, provides the Company additional liquidity to finance a series of acquisitions over the next three years. The facility includes both a revolving line of credit and a term loan structured on the Company's existing and prospective cash flow.

ExamWorks, Inc., a medical legal services company, is creating the first truly national independent medical evaluation service for the legal and insurance industries. The company has the largest, accredited network of expert medical professionals spanning all major medical specialties. ExamWorks provides the industry's most credentialed, clinical and authoritative independent medical evaluation services.
