Rangam Consultants’ Offshore Development Center to Get New Office Premises

RIPL is presently housed on Old Padra Road, Vadodara, and has a strength of 100+ people, including recruiters, software developers, programmers, graphic designers, and content writers. The new location on Vasna Road, an upscale residential hub on the outskirts of Vadodara, will be just 10 minutes of commuting time from the current premises.

The new development and administrative facility has a floor space of 3,400 sq. ft., with ample legroom for every employee. “The kind of creative efforts we put in on a day-to-day basis, it is important to have a physical space that encourages easy collaboration. We have seen to it that employees don’t feel suffocated in the confines of a stuffy and cramped office space,” HR Assistant Ishan Pandya said, emphasizing that the new office will have enhanced security measures such as biometric face detection and an underground parking lot with video surveillance.
