SOUTH BRONX JOB COPRS ACADEMY WASHER/DRYER LEASE SERVICES PRESOLICITATION SBJC14-03 Company ResCare/South Bronx Job Corps Academy is currently soliciting to Lease on-site WASHERS and DRYERS. The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is a federally funded residential training facility for youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The program operates year round with approximately 216 trainees, 100 living on premise during their enrollment. The Academy is operated for the United States Department of Labor by ResCare, Inc.

THE AWARDED CONTRACT WILL BE OF FIRM-FIXED COST FOR A FULL COVERAGE LEASE AGREEMENT,

ALL CONTRACT ACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL REGULATORY PROCEDURES AND MANDATES OF THE FEDERAL REGISTER. THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

o Assess Residential Living Dormitory space and refer washer and dryer equipment compatible with the centers daily usage

o Propose Lease agreement

o INCLUDE FULL COVERAGE SERVICES (Including Labor, Parts, Materials, Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services) *Preferred

o Please include, "Break Down Insurance Policy" for Repair and Replacement in proposal. Subcontractor must use environmentally safe products when providing services. Current Equipment Dorms 200, 300, 400 & 500 utilize the following machines on each floor. They will be replaced upon an approved lease agreement (2) WHIRLPOOL WASHERS MODEL: GCAM2792TQ2 & GCAM2792TQ0 (1) MAYTAG WASHER MODEL: MHW6000XW1 (2) WHIRLPOOL DRYER MODEL: GCEM2990TQ1 (1) MAYTAG DRYER MODEL: MED6000XW0 Dorm 300 utilizes (1) General Electric Dryer MODEL: DPSB620EC2WW

*THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 25 MACHINES IN THE RESIDENTIAL LIVING AREA.
