The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of Maintenance LF Contours and Fencing at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm­ Fixed Price Requirements Contract consisting of a Base Year plus 2 Option Years. Work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to perform contours and fencing maintenance. All work will be accomplished in strict compliance with the contract specifications, Delivery Order Statements of Work and Drawings. The Period of Performance for each project will be determined for individual Delivery Orders. The Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing a fully functional, tested, and operational product. This acquisition is an 8(a) Small Business Competitive set-aside requirement. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code 1611, with a size standard of $33.5 million.. The magnitude of construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(g) is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. An electronic copy of this solicitation will be available at www.fbo.gov no earlier than Monday, May 12, 2014. The RFP posting could be delayed. Please check FBO for any changes in release date. The closing date for the receipt of proposals will be 30 days after posting of the RFP. An organized site visit is tentatively scheduled to occur about 15 days after issuance of the RFP. The date will be included in Section L Provision 5352.215-9001 and Instructions to Offerors. All prospective contractors are encouraged to attend. The particulars of the site visit will be included in the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issuance of the RFP.
