The US Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam w­ill issue a solicitation for Health Insurance for US Embassy Hanoi and US Consulate General Ho Chi Minh for Locally Employed Staff (LES). These requirement may change depending on funding availability of fund in forth coming period. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year period at the option of the Government. Major duties and respsonsibilities are: To provide health insurance to US Embassy Hanoi and US Consulate General HCM LES. All responsible sources may submit an offer, ­­­which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in mid November 2014 timeframe on the FedBizOpps only, no paper copies will be mailed. Please see the solicitation once issued for the proposal due date. No electronic proposals shall be accepted. Prospective Offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award in accordance with provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management, and offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
