Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association Host Cash Flow Game Night

PR Web

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) March 13, 2014

The Pittsburgh REIA hosted a night of games and fun at the Panera Bread Company in Fox Chapel. A group of real estate investor’s association members and their guests gathered to play Robert Kiosk’s Cash Flow Game.

The Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association is Western Pennsylvania’s premier real estate investors club. The goal of the club is to provide the most comprehensive learning experience for investors in the Pittsburgh real estate market.

The “Cash Flow” game is the creation of Best Selling Author Robert Kiosk. Robert is the creator of an entire series of educational products in his Rich Dad, Poor Dad series. The Cash Flow game is a fun and exciting way for novice and experienced investors to learn the concepts which are taught through the Rich Dad series.

The Pittsburgh REIA is always looking for new and innovative ways to supplement the education of the club’s membership. The group holds a two hour monthly meeting which is designed to cover a wide range of real estate topics, to include legal issues, accounting, tenant screening, deal structuring, property evaluation, and anything else that can be discussed in a two hour block or instruction. Local subject matter experts as well as nationally known educators are brought into provide education.

To expand on the monthly meeting there are a series of sub-groups which offer specialized education to members. The subgroups include topics such as commercial real estate, wholesaling, rehabbing, internet marketing, sheriff sales, and even private mentoring. These groups are closed to non-members.

Anyone can join the real estate investors clubs. There are no pre-qualifications for membership. All you need is a desire to learn how to make money. Membership is only $109 per year, and guests are welcome to attend their first meeting for free. For information on membership or the time and location of the meeting email Pittsburghreia(at)aol(dot)com.

As a member, individuals enjoy a series real estate related discounts which include Lowes, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Build-A-Sign, National Real Estate Insurance Group, Sears Commercial, and 20 other national retailers.    There are also a large number of local small business members who support the club and offer special deals to club members.

Western Pennsylvania real estate investors and people who wish to become real estate investors are encouraged to visit the club’s website at http://Pittsburghreia.com. All of the clubs activities are announced through the clubs free newsletter. Anyone can sign up for the clubs educational newsletter and there is no further obligation. The newsletter acts as a supplemental learning tool, and it is filled with educational articles. The average Pittsburgh REIA newsletter is more than twenty pages long. This valuable resource is offered to the public as an introduction to the club. According to club President Josh Caldwell, “we try to let new people see as much about our club as we can. We want people who want to be members; there is no need to pressure anyone. We believe that our membership is worth a lot more than the cost of membership.”

To request more information on Western Pennsylvania’s most dynamic and comprehensive real estate investors club, of to hear about future events, call (412) 761-7342.
