People Helping People Insurance Moves Headquarters, New Jobs, to Warner Center Towers in Woodland Hills
High Profile Site for HQ Coincides with Company Expansion into 27 States
The nearly 10,000-square-foot space will serve as the international headquarters for this atypical and fast-growing insurance marketing agency. Launched in the fall of 2009, People Helping People (or PHP) is in the middle of an aggressive expansion plan to build on a network of 3,400 associates in 27 states. New PHP associates are attracted to the company’s self-proclaimed mission to help save America from its current fiscal crisis through financial education, smart investment strategies, and a business opportunity.
The move brings 19 existing employees to the space with plans to hire another 30 employees before the end of the year. In addition, the headquarter space serves as the local home office for approximately 120 field agents.
“We realized very quickly that we needed a headquarters that reflects the growth, status and opportunity that comes with working with PHP,” said founder and chairman Bet-David, who is also a radio show host and popular blogger. “One of our company values is about having the vision and drive to master your own financial destiny. It was important that we had a headquarters that demonstrated we walk the talk. Our office can serve as a beacon to our associates as we grow from over 3,000 strong, to 30,000 strong, to even 300,000 strong!”
The new office space features several personalized elements that reflect some of the unique characteristics of PHP. For one, there is a large presentation area that can accommodate up to 300 guests that will be used for the company’s compelling business presentations. For another, the headquarters has a permanent on-site multimedia studio to accommodate the audio broadcasts, training videos and interviews produced by Bet-David.
During the grand opening celebration for the new headquarters, PHP leaders were welcomed by
“Anyone desiring to reach the top should hitch their wagon to Patrick Bet-David and hold on!” said Rutherford about the entrepreneur and PHP. “Seriously, if I had only one guy to learn how to be successful from, it would be Patrick. He has only scratched the surface of what God has in store for this great man.”
Rutherford is one of many notable personalities that have endorsed Patrick and PHP, including media personality
“All of the great accomplishments that happen in this world come from people helping other people,” said Bet-David in explaining his mission. “PHP is about educating our clients on basic financial fundamentals; sharing sound investment advice with every day Americans; and providing a business opportunity for some. Person by person, we bring hope to families by helping them achieve the American dream.”
