Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company Selected Instec

Licensed Commercial Package Policy, Commercial Auto and Umbrella for all 50 states

NAPERVILLE, Ill. & PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Instec announced today that it was selected by Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company to license their quicksolver 3 software for Commercial Package Policy, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella in all 50 states. The agreement also includes a license for the quicksolver Integration Extensions add-on that allows the integration of quicksolver 3 with external software -- such as billing and claims systems -- through a variety of mechanisms, such as web services and XML.

This license agreement will replace multiple legacy systems and provide efficiency gains through newly streamlined workflows and processes. Instec’s quicksolver 3 will be the core policy administration solution for Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company insurance business, and will be integrated with several internal systems. The joint implementation effort will include extending the core quicksolver 3 software to include multiple filed products, coverages and hundreds of company-specific forms.
