PURE Insurance Introduces Self-Serve Member Portal
| PR Web |
"Delivering an exceptional member experience starts with helping members stay connected and informed at all times," said
In addition to offering core features like online bill pay, billing inquiry and claim reporting, the PURE Member Portal includes a number of notable features such as:
Claim Tracker. This innovative feature creates unprecedented visibility into a claim by providing:
   • Contact information for the assigned adjuster and PURE Member Advocate®, along with the ability to message either one – or upload a file for them to see – at any time;
   • 24/7 access to comprehensive adjuster notes and status updates on claims-related activities;
   • Contact information for contractors and other service providers involved; and,
   • Detailed log of payments made for the claim.
Consolidated Account Access. Following a secure log-in, members automatically have access to all of their policies on a single, personalized screen.
Auto ID Cards & More. With the majority of states now accepting electronic proof of insurance coverage during traffic stops, members can rest easy that theirs is available at their fingertips. Other important files, like policy documents and billing invoices, are already available in the Portal; and PURE 360 Risk Management Reports will be accessible later this summer.
Mobile-Friendly Design. Whether viewed on a desktop, tablet or other mobile device, a "responsive design" means members will have full access to all of the site's features.
An interactive demo site can be viewed here.
