OneAmerica to acquire McCready and Keene

OneAmerica Financial Partners has agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based independent actuarial and consulting firm McCready and Keene Inc.
American United Mutual Insurance Holding Co.'s OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. said June 23 that it has agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based independent actuarial and consulting firm McCready and Keene Inc.According to a company release, the transaction is scheduled to close July 1. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.McCready and Keene will work together with the retirement services division of OneAmerica company American United Life Insurance Co. McCready and Keene manages more than 800 retirement plans representing 500,000 participants and $19 billion of assets under administration.
