LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mutualoan Corp. (Pink Sheets:MUTA) has announced the acquisition of Nexus Enterprise Solutions, Inc. and the appointment of John Limansky as Chief Executive Officer.

The company has changed its name to Nexus Enterprise Solutions, Inc., and has applied for a new ticker symbol. After the issuance of new shares associated with the merger, the total issued and outstanding common stock of the corporation will be approximately 15,000,000 shares. Management intends to apply for listing as an OTC BULLETIN BOARD company upon completion of all steps necessary to become a fully reporting public company pursuant to the requirements set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
