National Law Firm Doyle Raizner, LLP Opens Office in Phoenix, Arizona

PR Web

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) May 02, 2012

Insurance bad faith activity in Phoenix and across Arizona has been documented as increasing in recent times. This is due, at least in part, to recent natural disasters, such as the October 2010Phoenix hailstorm. Insurance misconduct leaves residents across the state in difficult financial, emotional, and even physical situations, at a time when assistance is most urgent.

In an effort to help residents of Arizona, Doyle Raizner LLP has opened a Phoenix office in order to be more active within the community and directly assist Arizonans with claims of insurance bad faith.

The massive hail storm of October 2010, for instance, left a number of businesses and homeowners with substantial damage. Though insurers accepted policyholders’ premiums, they have avoided compensating those who suffered damage to their residences or businesses. It is evident that Arizona insurers have not been properly and fairly honoring their obligations under their insurance contracts.

According to Jeffrey Raizner, partner at Doyle Raizner, insurance abuse issues faced by residents of Arizona have not been limited to property claims. The Workers Compensation system, he explained, has also been fraught with insurer abuse. He added, "Phoenix is a community that has been through so much over the past several years, and abusive insurance practices have added to the harm. Doyle Raizner is proud to be a part of this dynamic city, and to stand with Arizona policyholders in their fight for fairness and justice."

Doyle Raizner is well-known in Texas and on the Gulf Coast for handling natural disaster claims successfully and professionally. As a leading firm in Texas handling property insurance disputes and workers’ compensation bad faith cases, the reputation and experience of the attorneys of Doyle Raizner LLP translates well to Phoenix.

Kevin Wein, formerly of Steptoe and Johnson, will head Doyle Raizner’s Phoenix Office. The office will focus on insurance cases, such as first-party property insurance disputes, and workers’ compensation bad faith claims.

About Doyle Raizner, LLP:

Based in Houston, Texas, Doyle Raizner LLP represents insurance policyholders in disputes arising out of the bad faith actions of their insurers, as well as persons who have suffered catastrophic maritime and international injury claims. Attorneys with the firm strive to recover monetary compensation for damages suffered by their clients.
