At RSCIA, Ms. Nishijima is responsible for multiple casualty lines general liability, products liability (including products recall), public entities and transportation (vehicular and rail) and excess for those lines of business. Her main focus is on transportation, she says, a targeted industry for AIG. "I manage a book of new and renewal business using technical analysis combined with marketing and sales skills to meet production underwriting goals (growth and maintaining loss and expense ratios),” says Ms. Nishijima.

Excellent analytical skills, outstanding leadership qualities and effective communication style are the hallmarks of her results-driven work ethic and her dedication to her career. Ms. Nishijima willingly shares her industry knowledge and is active in the training and development of new employees.
