National Insurance Agency was started by Larry McClendon over 2 decades ago with the mindset of becoming one of the nations leading Insurance Agencies. Starting with a primary focus on Health Insurance, N.I.A. grew rapidly. With $20 Million in Health Sales in the state of Texas alone, N.I.A. established their presence and expanded into 43 States.

In 2010 agencies and carriers started anticipating the changes to come with Health Care Reform. The first hit took place on January 1st. 2011 with Health Insurance Commissions being cut by 50%. This meant that if everyone replicated their previous years production, they would be cutting their income in half. The need for growth in ancillary products was essential!

In 2011 National Insurance Agency formed their Life and Retirement Division, N.C.C. National Capital Corporation. Jason Ditson was brought on as President to build and develop a successful platform for growth. With his record of success, Jason Ditson was the right choice. Starting his career in California, he was the "Agent Of The Year" his very first year in the business. This moved him into an agency management position where he led the Sacramento based location to being the top producing office within that organization. By his 3rd year in the insurance industry he opened his own agency expanding into multiple locations in the state of Texas.

How did N.C.C. grow so quickly? Well, Jason Ditson wanted to utilize some of the things that made N.I.A. so successful over the years. "Offer Things Other Agencies Don't".
