PEOPLE: promotions, appointments and hires

Associations

Harrisburg-based Technology Council of Pennsylvania elected Katrin Hillner, Robert Hicks and Susan Graham to its board. Hillner is president, CEO and facility security officer of Philadelphia-based PCN; Hicks is a business development manager with Chambersburg-based Global Data Consultants; and Graham is president of Derry Township-based Susan Graham Consulting.

Lebanon County Bar Association elected Elizabeth Judd president, Scott Grenoble vice president, Kimberly Adams treasurer and Ann Kline secretary. Joseph Farrell was named immediate past president.
