Associations

Harrisburg-based Technology Council of Pennsylvania elected Katrin Hillner, Robert Hicks and Susan Graham to its board. Hillner is president, CEO and facility security officer of Philadelphia-based PCN; Hicks is a business development manager with Chambersburg-based Global Data Consultants; and Graham is president of Derry Township-based Susan Graham Consulting.

Lebanon County Bar Association elected Elizabeth Judd president, Scott Grenoble vice president, Kimberly Adams treasurer and Ann Kline secretary. Joseph Farrell was named immediate past president. Farrell, Mary Burchik, Andrew Morrow, Charles Ritchie Jr. and Jason Schibinger were named at-large members of the board of directors. Ian Ehrgood and Roberta Gantea were named non-voting board members.

Banking/finance

Millersburg-based Mid Penn Bank named Jodi L. Bezanilla vice president and cash management officer. She was a vice president and cash management officer with Metro Bank. She has more than 10 years of experience and bachelor's degrees in education and psychology from State University of New York at Potsdam.

Chambersburg-based F&M Trust named Rainbow D. Hopkins a security officer. She will oversee all aspects of the bank's security program and assist with the bank's information security program. She was part of the security department.

Construction

Harrisburg-based Quandel Enterprises Inc. named Stacy Baum a human resources manager. She has been with the company for 13 years, most recently managing its benefits and corporate wellness program.

Law

Stevens & Lee named Diane C. Pinakiewicz a senior patient safety adviser with the health care litigation and risk management group in its Lancaster office. She is a patient safety and patient engagement expert, working with physician practices, hospitals and health systems and other health care providers across the country. She has been employed with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, University Hospital, Corning Franklin Health Inc. and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She has a BA from Mount Holyoke and an MBA from Cornell University.

Marketing

Lower Paxton Township-based Sacunas named Thaisa Jones an account manager. She will oversee the day-to-day communications efforts and provide strategic counsel. She has more than 10 years of experience, including helping with Chicago's attempt to host the 2016 Olympics, a BA from Howard University and an MS from Roosevelt University.

Media

WHTM-TV (Ch. 27) in Harrisburg named Laura Schmidt assistant news director. She was executive producer. Previously, she was a producer for WCTITV in New Bern, N.C. She has a BA in communication studies with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in graphic studies from California University of Pennsylvania.

Messina was employed with Clipper Magazine and has a degree in communications from Messiah College; Walton has 25 years of construction experience, and Adrianne Zimmerman has eight years of customer service experience and a bachelor of fine arts degree in photography from Temple University'sTyler School of Art. Mindy Zimmerman has six years of real estate experience. Previously, she was a trainer and manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Ana Menendez and Jamie Moore were named agents with the Wyomissing office. Menendez has four years of real estate experience and before that was employed in retail sales and management. Moore is a notary public and has a BA in psychology. Noah Martin was named an agent with the Ephrata office. He has many years of agricultural experience. Norene Koeppel and Travis Priebe were named real estate agents with the Linglestown office. Koeppel has four years of real estate experience. Previously, she was employed with IBM and AT&T for more than 30 years. Priebe has experience in carpentry and project management with local home builders.

Tourism

York-based Bailey Coach named Brenda Shue a staffmember. She will work in charter operations and oversee package and group tours. She was employed with Lincoln Bus Lines in Hanover for more than 30 years. She is a graduate of Central Penn Business School.
