Mutual Of Omaha Retirement Services High In Client Satisfaction
OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services received a 94 percent overall client satisfaction rating in a recent 401(k) customer satisfaction survey conducted by Chatham Partners, the company announced.
Mutual received ratings exceeding 90 percent in 9 of 10 key Overall Impressions metrics including: excellent reputation as a retirement services provider; offers full range of services; and provides high quality of service, Chatham Partners reported.
“We have developed our 401(k) service offering around a single idea—simplify the 401(k) experience, with features that help provide peace of mind to advisors, employers and their employees. It is gratifying that we are exceeding our customers’ expectations as reflected by a 94 percent overall client satisfaction rating. Ultimately, our goal is to help their employees achieve their own financial freedom in retirement,” said John Corrieri, Vice President of 401(k).
A leading independent market research firm that conducts client satisfaction and loyalty studies in the retirement services industry, Chatham Partners surveyed Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services’ entire 401(k) customer base to provide comprehensive data on all aspects of the company’s service offerings. This was the first year Chatham conducted this type of survey on behalf of Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services.
“Mutual of Omaha had an impressive performance in their first year of conducting a comprehensive Client Satisfaction Survey. It’s an extraordinary accomplishment for the company to outperform Chatham Partners’ Emerging Market Benchmark in 8 of 11 Overall Impressions and 11 of 12 Products and Services measures,” said Peter Starr, President of Chatham Partners. “Mutual of Omaha’s strong results are a testament to the company’s dedication to outcome oriented product offerings and client service.”
Corrieri said the survey results will also help guide and focus ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
“The voice of the customer is extremely important as we strive to make doing business with Mutual of Omaha as easy and rewarding as possible. This survey helps us fine-tune our 401(k) service offering to continue delivering on that promise,” Corrieri said.
