Momentous Insurance Appoints Kathleen Bragg-Pebley as Corporate General Counsel
Former Senior Associate from Wilson Elser will oversee all legal and business affairs at Momentous Insurance Brokerage, under the direction of President
At Momentous, Bragg-Pebley will aid in matters of compliance with applicable laws, protect legal rights and interests of the company, monitor day-to-day legal affairs, including real estate, intellectual property, contract negotiation, insurance claims and other business affairs.
Bragg-Pebley specializes in business and employment litigation, primarily in Title VII, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, EEOC investigations, and FMLA matters. Her business litigation experience includes corporate law, contract law and professional liability matters. In addition, she served as in-house counsel in a Lloyd’s of
