EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Moonah Place Yarralumla, ACT 2600 March 31, 2014 To: Prospective Quoters

Subject: Request for Quotations number SAS20014Q0003

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, ACT, and the U.S. Consulate General in Perth, Western Australia. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit (see section 3, FAR provision 52.237.1) and hold a pre-quotation conference. All prospective offerors are invited to attend and need to contact Betty Wilson on 6214-5779 or [email protected] to register. The conference will be held at 12 Moonah Place, Yarralumla on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10:00 am. Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing by April 14, 2014. All written questions recieved and the government responses will be posted on FedBizOpps as soon as possible after the prequotation conference.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations must be received at the U.S. Embassy by Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 4:00 PM local time. Please address quotations to General Services Office, U.S. Embassy, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600 or via email to [email protected].
