New Advisory Board and Committees To Commence In September

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medical Marijuana Inc (OTC: MJNA) is pleased to announce that it has finished the transition and integration of new management. The company has added several new key members to its management and directors teams. The company has added the following officers and directors effective immediately;

President- Charles J. Larsen

Mr. Larsen has more than 30 years of experience working in government, public, private and start-up companies as an executive manager, including the United States Coast Guard, Associated Consulting, Peskin Associates, Integrated Decision Systems, Tower Asset Management, Financial Management Advisors, Polaris Technology, and Blues Productions. He has significant experience in high volume securities trading; corporate and public debt, equities, options and futures, as well as being an experienced portfolio manager and securities analyst.

Mr. Larsen has been involved at the highest levels of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial and operational restructuring, public and private corporate finance, governance and compliance. He has a proven track record of success at every level of business management. Charles was the first president of Medical Marijuana Inc., he successfully took the company to launch, and after a short time on other ventures he returns to lead the company from a transitional period to a period of high growth, development and acquisition.

Chief Financial Officer- Rob Plomgren

Mr. Plomgren has been a leader in the financial services arena since 1982. He is a managing partner of Cost Segregation Services Inc. of California, a premier cost segregation firm. Previously, Rob was Managing Director of Galen Capital Group, LLC, a health care merchant bank, from 2002 through 2004.

Rob served as a Managing Director of Venture Banking with ColumbusNewport. His primary role was co-managing the origination, structure and placement of the firm’s equity transactions. Previously, Rob spent 16 years in the investment and securities industry, where he developed an expertise in the formation and marketing of private placements and public offerings for middle market companies. He co-managed placements in excess of $800 million in such diverse industries as mortgage servicing, cable television, environmental services, medical technologies and manufacturing. He attained his CFP designation in 1986 and has held series 24 and 7 securities licenses. Rob received his BA and MS from the University of Redlands.
