SPRINGFIELD, Mass., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- MassMutual's Retirement Services Division continues to grow its sales organization under the leadership of Hugh O'Toole, senior vice president of sales and client relationship management for MassMutual's Retirement Services Division. Daniel Darby, Alto, MI, is the most recent industry veteran to join the field sales team, effective July 27, 2009, as a managing director to support the company's aggressive growth strategy.
Dan Darby joined MassMutual in December 2008 as a regional non-profit market specialist in the Retirement Services Division after holding vice president positions with Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services Co. With more than 20 years of sales experience, Mr. Darby has dedicated three quarters of his career to the retirement planning industry.
