MassMutual’s Notaburden.com Features New Long Term Care Insurance Resources
SPRINGFIELD, MA (September 22, 2004) – Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) has launched several new Web-based education tools within its long term care insurance (LTCi) producer education site, www.notaburden.com. MassMutual developed these online enhancements to build on a toolkit that helps financial professionals understand the impact of long term care and the need for flexible LTCi solutions with the help of comprehensive sales support, marketing materials and peer response to timely issues.
MassMutual introduced www.notaburden.com in 2003 as an online resource to educate and recruit financial professionals by raising awareness regarding the need for LTCi. Today, this site has been enhanced to expand upon the Web-based tools available at its initial launch, including long term care costs by state, LTCi alternatives, and statistics.
"Today’s resourceful financial professionals need a convenient, informative source for self education regarding long term care insurance. We’re providing them with the environment and tools that will help further their education,” said Pam Delaney, vice president and chief operating officer, MassMutual Long Term Care Insurance.
Key Enhancements
- LTCi Snapshot: Industry news updated regularly online which may also be received via e-mail.
- LTCi Producer Poll: Will gauge and report responses to timely issues facing financial professionals.
- Marketing Materials: Online access to download prospect education tools and request brochures, a producer reference manual, promotional sheets, seminar presentations and prospecting materials that help financial professionals meet the needs of three target audiences: individuals/families, small business owners and employees at work.
- Find Your Local LTCi Professional for Sales Support: An online directory of MassMutual’s LTCi professionals searchable and indexed by city and state.
- Ask a LTCi Pro: An e-mail form for producer visitors to post questions for answers and education regarding any aspect of LTCi.
- Refer a Colleague: An e-postcard form for a producer to forward information to his or her colleague along with a personalized message and link to the www.notaburden.com Web site.
