Mamco Property Management Appoints Chuck Graziano as North Jersey Regional Director

Proquest LLC

Mamco Property Management, an Associa company, proudly announced the appointment of Chuck Graziano to head up its regional office, which opened recently in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

According to a release, Graziano will be responsible for developing and managing services for the Company's offerings in the northern half of the State.

"Chuck has been in the community association management industry a long time and has seen it all," says Mamco CEO, Nancy Hastings. "His experience, knowledge and strong work ethic are what we need at the executive level to maintain our high standards as leader in the industry."

Graziano has been managing community associations since 1980. His introduction to community association management began when he served as community manager for a large scale homeowners' association in northeastern Pennsylvania, consisting of 4,400 units, 70 miles of paved roads, 10 lakes and an extensive program of recreational amenities.

He moved to New Jersey and became the general manager of the property management and commercial operations division of a developer of large scale communities, shopping centers and other commercial properties. Graziano eventually bought most of that division, which became an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and Accredited Management Organization (AMO) certified management firm, with offices in three locations throughout New Jersey. In 2002 he sold the firm and took a position with a national home builder and had a national responsibility for community associations under development.

Graziano then moved to a home builder and developer/owner of commercial real estate as director of community associations. There he was charged with settling community association transitions, working with new associations under development and getting homeowners trained to serve on their boards of directors to lead their communities. He worked extensively with project managers to insure a level of quality in construction that would alleviate issues in transition.

Graziano is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Professional Community Associations Manager (PCAM). He has been a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) for 34 years, where he has held positions on various committees as well as on the chapter board of directors of the Pocono Mountains Chapter of CAI. He is a past president of New Jersey'sInstitute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently on its executive committee. Graziano is an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certified outreach instructor and consults and trains in the areas of safety and health, and OSHA standards. He speaks frequently on the subjects of strategic business leadership, safety and health issues and property management.
