MDA Lending Solutions Part of TPG Capital Acquisition of MDA Property Information Businesses

Firm makes strategic investment in property information business

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MDA Lending Solutions, a provider of advanced information solutions and settlement services to the real estate lending market, announced today it has been acquired by TPG Capital^SM (TPG) as part of a larger sale of MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates’ Property Information business that netted MDA approximately $850 million. The Property Information group includes several businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Europe. In the United States, TPG is acquiring MDA Lending Solutions, including MDA DataQuick and MDA MindBox, as well as insurance information leader Marshall & Swift®.
