LiveOps Launches LiveWeb to Maximize Direct Response Reach Across Web, Phone and TV

Acquisition of Keniks Enhances Revenue Opportunities through Online-to-Offline (O2O) Commerce

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AtResponse Expo 2011,LiveOps announced the introduction of LiveWeb, a new service that offers pay-for-performance online marketing opportunities for the direct response (DR) industry. LiveWeb adds new capabilities to drive online-to-offline commerce (O2O) as the DR industry continues to see the convergence of the web and the phone. LiveWeb allows DR marketers to create integrated multi-channel campaigns that combine Internet sales channels with traditional TV and phone.

LiveWeb is the result of LiveOps’ recent acquisition of Keniks, a rapidly growing DR market innovator in pay-for-performance online marketing. LiveOps and Keniks partnered in 2010 to handle integrated multi-channel campaigns for several fitness marketers and their combined success led to LiveOps integrating Keniks into its own service offering, LiveWeb.

And, with end-to-end reporting that provides visibility into all acquisition channels, LiveWeb allows DR marketers to make on-the-fly decisions to optimize their campaign performance.
