Large Insurer Renews Three-Year Agreement with ANTs Subsidiary Inventa Technologies

BURLINGAME, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 5, 2008--ANTs software inc. (OTCBB:ANTS), a leader in database consolidation solutions, today announced that one of the largest insurers in the US has renewed a multi-year, $700,000 contract, with Inventa Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANTs Software, to better manage the health and performance of the customer’s IT infrastructure.

The insurer has been a client since 2000 and is using ESM Integrator TM, Inventa’s innovative software portal, to capture and integrate performance metrics giving the client the ability to visualize and better understand the data sources residing within their environment.

The contract for Inventa’s Visualization Service is delivered completely as a software service and includes 7x24 data collection and processing, report design, development and maintenance and hosting of the ESM Integrator environment. The customer simply accesses their data in the form of pre-developed report bundles.
