The third pick is the Hong Kong Sanitorium private hospital. Occupying the same Happy Valley location since 1922, the HKSH is known for its pioneering eye surgery facility that successfully performed the region’s first artificial cornea transplant.

The Matilda private hospital on Hong Kong Island earned the fourth spot on Kwiksure's list. In continuous operation since 1907, ‘Hotel Matilda’ is popular among expats and Hong Kong natives seeking medical help or giving birth in its top-notch maternity wing.

Rounding out the list is Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, a private Christian-based hospital on Hong Kong Island. The hospital has gained an excellent reputation for its dedicated oncology center which houses one of the region’s few tomotherapy machines.
