Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc. Appoint Shane Copeland as Vice President of National Sales and Michele Chochrek National Account Executive

BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc., a national appraisal, database and real estate appraisal consulting company announced the new hires of Shane Copeland as vice president of national sales and Michele Chochrek as national account executive. Copeland is a veteran in the mortgage industry with more than 18 years of real estate, title insurance, lending and property valuation experience. In his new role, Copeland will lead the western division of Kirchmeyer & Associates and be responsible for accelerating business development growth focusing on alternative appraisal products. Chochrek is a seasoned veteran with 24 years of mortgage lending experience and will provide strong business system knowledge, vendor management leadership and uphold Kirchmeyer’s objectives while implementing improved system solutions and build quality internal and external relationships.

In August 2011, Copeland was appointed as interim CEO for San Diego-CA based, AppraiserLoft, a provider of valuation collateral services, from his former position of senior vice president of national sales, where he was with the company since 2008. In his previous role, he was responsible for sales, product development and consulting for appraisal, automated valuations and broker price opinions for lenders, realtors, servicers and real estate companies through integrations as well as developing and managing a national sales team.

Copeland held executive sales positions at Stewart Lender Services, ServiceLink/National Lender Solutions as well as gained extensive knowledge while working with DataQuick Information Systems, Yavapai-Coconino Title Insurance Agency of Stewart Title and First American Title Insurance.

Chochrek held the title of vice president of national sales for AppraiserLoft since 2008, and was responsible for working collaboratively with lenders and servicers to create custom collateral solutions and designs. Previously, she held first vice president of vendor management positions with Chochrek Consulting, Indymac Bank and Financial Freedom, and was director of vendor management at Ameriquest Mortgage Company. She also gained valuable knowledge at Argent Mortgage, Ameriquest Mortgage and Western Financial Savings.
