InFocus Corp. Selects ATTUS WatchDOG® Pro to Ensure BIS and OFAC Compliance

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- InFocus Corp. announced today it has selected ATTUS Technologies, an affiliate company of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) and a leading regulatory compliance solutions provider, for its homeland security and watch list compliance needs.  ATTUS' cloud-based WatchDOG® Pro will automate and streamline the Portland, Ore., company's U.S. Commerce Department Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) restricted party lists and U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list screening obligations.

InFocus Corp. pioneered digital display technology.  Today, it continues to innovate for the visual communications market to facilitate improved collaboration wherever people meet.  Their projectors and thin displays are used in classrooms, offices and homes around the world.  InFocus products are sold throughout North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Rim.

"The market appeal of high-quality InFocus digital display products spans the globe," said Tom Fedell, president and CEO of ATTUS Technologies, Inc.  "Keeping up with global demand requires the ability to also keep up with the ever-changing BISDenied Persons, Entity and Unverified lists, as well as OFAC's SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list.  We are so pleased that InFocus chose WatchDOG® Pro to simplify this daunting task for them."

WatchDOG® Pro will provide InFocus Corp. with one, cost-effective solution for simultaneously screening all of the appropriate BIS lists, the OFAC SDN list and a variety of other watch lists against one customer, a batch of customers or their entire customer database.

"With InFocus Corp. being the industry pioneer and global leader in the visual communications market, we felt we needed to partner with another global leader when it comes to automating and streamlining our regulatory compliance needs," said Lisa Prentice, SVP and chief financial officer of InFocus. "Our marketplace spans the globe.  ATTUS Technologies' WatchDOG®Prowill assure BIS restricted party list and OFAC watch list compliance while quickly and professionally serving our growing customer base."

Many firms in the import/export industry use WatchDOG® Pro to ensure they can fulfill their fast-paced, international business transactions within both BIS and OFAC compliance requirements.  The web-based solution features ATTUS' exclusive, advanced search algorithm that generates a less than 0.5% false positive rate and differentiates subtle name variations, such as abbreviations and initials.

"The importance of homeland security remains a top priority for our country.  As a result, the Bureau of Industry and Security and the Office of Foreign Assets Control take compliance with their regulations very seriously," Fedell said.  "I know that WatchDOG® Pro will help InFocus stay on the right side of BIS and OFAC compliance, day in and day out, as they conduct their global operations."
