Illinois drivers beware: You’ll pay for bad habits

April 29--If you're one of those risky Illinois drivers, you may want to consider changing your driving habits when you see how much your annual car insurance premium could increase for certain traffic violations.
WalletHub's "2015's States with the Highest & Lowest Insurance Premium Penalties for High Risk Drivers" report ranks states by how much insurers raise premiums for risky drivers. The personal finance website compared quotes from the nation's five largest auto insurance companies for five types of dicey driving behaviors:
* Sweeping 800 state funds out from under the Illinois fiscal crisis rug
