GlobalAOC World Services Leads Team to Pursue U.S. Air Force Launch Range Consolidation, Small Business Set-Aside Contract

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GlobalAOC World Services, LLC, a California-based Woman and Veteran Owned Small Business, announces that it is leading a Global Solutions Team as prime contractor to compete for the U.S. Air Force Launch Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Support Contract (LISC) (OS) Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) contract.

The Small Business Contract will consolidate support operations and communications sustainment work at the 45th Space Wing’s Eastern Range, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, as well as elements of systems support at the 30th Space Wing home at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.

Retired Air Force Colonel Loretta Kelemen, former commander of the 45th Space Wing, Mission Support Group, will serve as GlobalAOC’s General Manager. “Even with the most severe budget restraints, a ‘go for launch’ range environment is possible through GlobalAOC’s innovative cost-conscious approach. Realistically applying the customer’s consolidation directives with our own managerial agility is the key to mission success here,” said Kelemen.
