Frontline Consulting Services Inc. (FCS) and Oracle Enter Into a BPO Agreement Offering Demand Signal Management Solutions
FCS contributes substantial experience in driving multiple successful Oracle Demand Signal Repository implementations in Global 500 and global mid-market companies. FCS has been providing services in a traditional consulting model for Oracle Demand Signal Repository, and now this agreement enables FCS to also offer a subscription-based model, powered by the Oracle BPO license program. With this new RetailSignal offering, consumer product companies can outsource IT infrastructure, application administration, and retail data management, allowing them to focus their resources on using demand data to improve business performance. FCS will be the first company to provide Oracle Demand Signal Repository in a fully hosted BPO model with multiple support offerings.
