"In the event that a client does not file an insurance claim, Flood Services Canada will reduce the standard insurance pricing by 25%," Vanvari adds. "We will also forgo any profit and overhead charge; it's standard practice on any water damage claim to apply a 10% profit and 10% overhead charge before taxes."
