Fitzroy Health Acquires RJ Health Systems

A group led by Fitzroy Health recently has reported the acquisition of RJ Health Systems International.

According to a release, as part of the acquisition, industry veteran Kelly DeKeyser has been named CEO of RJ Health, the Company noted in its release.

Fitzroy said that RJ Health is a provider of pharmaceutical reimbursement and coding information and services for the healthcare industry. Over 200 of the nation's healthcare insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, providers, and drug manufacturers rely on RJ Health for the company's online coding and pricing guide, ReimbursementCodes.com, which will continue to be maintained and operated by RJ Health.
