The Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions Franchise has selected businessman
The FiltaFry service, which is Filta’s proprietary cooking oil micro-filtration and vacuum based deep fryer cleaning service, prolongs the useful life of the oil, eliminates the risk to employees associated with fryer upkeep, and provides a superior level of food quality, all while promoting sustainability. As a result of using this service, businesses potentially purchase less cooking oil, save on insurance claims and employees come to work with the peace of mind that they are being provided a safe environment.
Another truly unique service that Filta is introducing to this market is the FiltaBio service, which is essentially waste oil collection and recycling without the traditional collection bin. Once the cooking oil has come to its end life, Filta will collect the used cooking oil, which is also known as yellow grease. Upon its collection, the yellow grease is immediately removed safely from the fryer in most cases with no waste oil drums or containers that typically attract rats and other unwanted issues. From there, the majority of the used cooking oil is sent to be recycled into biodiesel, the safe and environmentally friendly alternative to petrochemical based diesel.
