(ESI) has completed the merger of D&A Consultants, Inc., a commercial vehicle accident investigation company founded in 1971 and purchased in 2012 by Scott Greene, CEO of ESI. The consolidation of the two privately owned companies combines industry leading forensic expertise in digital forensics, law enforcement, security, and trucking accident investigation. The vehicle accident investigation division has been named Evidence Solutions Heavy Truck Division.

The rules include the Hours of Service (HOS) rules, regulations and standards by which companies and drivers operate commercial vehicles.
