Edgewood Partners Insurance Center continues Central Valley expansion, adds principals Chad Seiler and Steve Parson in Fresno [California Newswire]

FRESNO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Edgewood Partners Insurance Center (EPIC Insurance), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, has added Chad Seiler and Steve Parson as property and casualty insurance brokers and principals in its Fresno office. Seiler and Parson bring an extensive knowledge of risk management, property and liability insurance and workers' compensation cost control to EPIC.

Together they mark the fifth and sixth broker/producers to join EPIC in Fresno since the office opened in September 2012. Fresno's total local team members now number eleven.

Seiler and Parson will focus on the design, placement and management of risk management and property and casualty insurance programs. In addition, they will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients.

Seiler's industry specialties include agriculture, food processing, social service organizations and manufacturing. Parson also has an agribusiness background, and a strong knowledge of contractors, construction and manufacturing industries. The new additions will work closely with Fresno principals and producers Patrick McCaleb, Phil Grove and Terri Parreira, as well as Employee Benefits Consultant Adam Medeiros.

Prior to joining EPIC, Seiler spent 10 years with Fresno broker M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency, Inc., where he served as an account executive responsible for new business development, program design and management and client retention.

Parson's insurance career spans 14 years and he also joins EPIC from M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency, Inc., where he was a property and casualty insurance producer and account executive.

Professionally, Seiler is certified as an Agribusiness Farming Insurance Specialist (AFIS) and has extensive experience with Self-Insured Workers Compensation Groups.
