Banking

TD Bank hired Gregory Carlisle as regional vice president in commercial banking for southern New Jersey.

Base d in Tumersville, Carlisle will manage a team of 10 relationship managers. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia.

With 14 years of experience in banking and lending, Carlisle most recently served as the business banking market manager at HSBC Bank in Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey.

TD Bank also hired Josephine Battaglia Gallo as assistant vice president and store manager for its Morris Township location. She will be responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and team operations.

With 23 years of retail banking experience, Gallo most recently served as the branch manager at PNC Bank in New Providence.

TD Bank is headquartered in Cherry Hill andis one ofthe 10 largest banks in the U.S.

Construction

Baumgardner House Lifting, a house raising and hazard mitigation company in Egg Harbor Township, has added four individuals to its management team.

Colin Schmitt, chief operating officer, previously served as project manager, estimator and cost engineer for several large builders and construction managers along the East Coast With a law degree from Temple University, Schmitt also held in-house counsel positions with a surety and commercial real estate developer.

Andrew Salerno III, was named division and project Manager. He has more than 15 years of experience in the construction and finance industries.

Tom Butkus, was named division manager, and has 11 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He most recently served as director of operations at Media Real Estate in Pennsylvania and construction manager for K. Hovnanian Homes.

Samantha Danaher, was named office manager. She has 20 years of experience in office administration, with eight of those years being in the construction field.

Health Care

Lori Colineri was named senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Prior to that, Colineri served as vice president and chief nursing officer, as well as senior manager of patient care services, at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank.

Colineri is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Monmouth University.

Insurance

Michael D. Lezynski has been named president of USI Insurance Services in West Orange. His responsibilities include property casualty brokerage, employee benefits consulting and personal lines placement for high net worth individuals.

With more than 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lezynski most recently served as senior vice president at Warren-based Aon.

Law

David Postolski joins Gearhart Law, a leading Summit-based firm specializing in patent and trade mark law, as an IP practitioner. He will continue to specialize in assisting inventors, start up companies and entrepreneurs with U.S. and international intellectual property strategy protection, enforcement and monetization.

With 20 years of experience in numerous practices including patent prosecution and counseling, trademarks and copyrights, health care law and life sciences, Postolski most recently worked with Day Pitney in Parsippany.

Nonprofit

The National Executive Service Corps (NESC), a nonprofit professional services firm, appointed Carol McKinney to senior vice president and regional director for New Jersey.

McKinney previously served as the executive director of Volunteer Management Centers where she helped nonprofits maximize their organization effectiveness and minimize expenditure of financial resources. She also co-founded the Board Leadership Institute with Seton Hall University'sNonprofit Resource Institute, and concluded a $40 million capital campaign for St. Michael's Medical Center while serving as president and trustee of Cathedral Healthcare Foundation.
