EMPLOYERS® Chief Information Officer Richard Hallman Named Technologist of the Year by Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET) has recognized Richard P. Hallman, executive vice president and chief information officer of EMPLOYERS(NYSE:EIG), America’s small business insurance specialist^®, as Technologist of the Year. Hallman will accept the award from Mayor Hillary Schieve at the 2015 NCET Awards Dinner at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa on Thursday, April 9, 2015.

The NCET Awards recognize individuals and companies who have greatly enhanced the growth and prestige of Northern Nevada’s technology community. The Technologist of the Year honor rewards an exceptional individual who has demonstrated innovative and effective use of technology in support of the strategic initiatives of his or her organization.
