A group of British friends were left embarrassed when their list of tongue-in-cheek "rules" for their rugby tour to Dubai was sent to thousands of people.
James Hill, a terrorism and political violence insurance broker at Willis; George Boulton-Lea, a ship broker at Arrow; Rory Jones, an account executive at Lightfoot Marketing Asia; and Daniel England, a lawyer with Shearman and Sterling, created a list of "rules" for their trip that included allowing them to cheat on their girlfriends and chant about their surroundings and the "oily" locals, The Daily Telegraph reported Wednesday.
The group's e-mail, which also required the friends to mention their parents' salaries at least once per day, was mistakenly sent to thousands of employees at global firms including Clifford Chance and Barclays Wealth.
