Dr. Segal is especially connected to the caregiving field because he has been a caregiver his whole life in multiple capacities: from the age of 10, when he was helping his mother care for his father who was sick with cancer, to caring for his grandmother before she passed away, to currently caring for his 102 year-old grandfather. Because of all this, Segal decided to become a doctor because he enjoys helping people.
“It was great for me to be at the expo answering questions from caregivers who are using our products because it taught me how we can better service them,” said Segal. “My goal for the expo was to help caregivers realize we are just like them and we do the same things they do every day. They are not alone. We want to help them choose the right product for their needs because we know exactly what they are going through.”
