Dematco announces order to dematerialize additional $100M Senior Life Settlement Policy from Quantus Income Opportunities Corp. through Insetco PLC

Business Wire, Inc.

ENCINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dematco, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMAT), through its wholly owned subsidiary Dematco Group Corp. (DGC), announces an order to dematerialize an additional $100M Senior Life Settlement (SLS) policy. The SLS policy comes from Quantus Income Opportunities Corp. (QIOC) through its relationship with Insetco PLC, a UK public company on the AIM under the symbol INC, engaged by QIOC to provide SLS policies under specific criteria.

Insetco will manage the servicing of this SLS portfolio for QIOC under the QIOC agreement with DGC. Apart from commercial commissions and charges, the flow-through additional profit will fall under the 50/50 agreement governed by QIOC/DGC. QIOC’s arrangement with Insetco will greatly enhance DGC’s ability to speed up and efficiently process the range of dematerialized products designed for the DGC customer base, at the same time controlling the order flow and secondary issuance of instruments.

Robert Stevens, Dematco, Inc. CEO states, “Insetco is headed by Clive Cooke, a London-based CEO of considerable standing in the financial community. We have again successfully linked our investment clients’ needs with a highly respected and experienced company in this fast growing SLS sector. Dematco expects a very progressive order flow as a result of this link up. It shows our versatility and ability to tailor to the needs of clients internationally. Cross border co-operation can be achieved even in financially challenging global environments.”

About Dematco, Inc.

Dematco, Inc. is engaged in the business of dematerializing or converting financial instruments from paper form to electronic form. The Company specializes in hitherto untraded or untradeable paper instruments allowing them to be traded electronically on exchanges or exchange platforms on a peer to peer basis.
