David has over 20 years of experience leading technology change in the financial services industry. At Fannie Mae, David led the design, development and implementation of Desktop Underwriter, the mortgage industry's most widely-used underwriting system. He also created and led a cross-functional team to design, develop, and market an innovative, web-based mortgage origination platform for new entrants to the mortgage business. David has managed business and technology initiatives across the full mortgage lifecycle, including origination, pricing, securitization, pipeline hedging, servicing, and loss mitigation.
