Crouse and Associates Acquires Fresno Office from AmWINS
CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AmWINS Group, Inc. and Crouse and Associates Insurance Services are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement for Crouse and Associates to acquire AmWINS’ Fresno office effective August 31, 2010. Terms of agreement were not disclosed.
James Drinkwater, President of AmWINS Brokerage said, “AmWINS remains committed to the Fresno market and our clients in the Valley; however, the transaction with Crouse and Associates was a unique opportunity that would mutually benefit Patty and her team, Crouse and Associates, and AmWINS.”
Patricia Kuckenbaker will lead the Fresno operation for Crouse and Associates and her team will continue to service their inforce book of business.
