Bidders are placed on notice that this is a competitive bid process and cost is an important fact. Overall low bid does not constitute bid award.
Little Rock Job Corps Center is a federally funded facility and entitled to GSA pricing.
Payment terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Vendor is required to show number of hours billed and hourly rate on invoice, list of materials used to complete service and provide certified payroll records with invoice.

Subcontractor shall provide adequate certified personnel to perform dental services for students. Shall hold a current national DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification, or graduate from a CODA-accredited dental assisting program to perform dental assistant services for students. Services shall include but are not limited to:
* - Provide seven (7) hours of on-site dental assistant services per week for 48 weeks per year (excludes 2 weeks for summer break and 2 weeks for Christmas holiday period). Actual hours/days of on-site service shall be jointly agreed to between the CENTER, CONTRACTOR and DENTIST(S), and shall become a part of this contract. Unexpected and infrequent changes to the on-Center schedule may be made without consequence or need for amendment to this contract, so long as total hours are met each week. Frequent or extensive changes to the agreed upon schedule will be unacceptable. On-site dental Assistant services shall not be required during weekends, during CENTER holidays, or during the break periods.
* - Assists Center dentist in providing preventative dental education. Assists Center dentist in coordination and integration of dental health program with other health components and Center activities.
* - Schedules and maintains the dental priority system.

* - Maintains dental equipment and supplies to assure proper function and operation.
* - Maintains compliance with policies and procedures of infection control.
* - Performs quality assurance record audits.
* - Participates in department system for student feedback or concerns.
* - Maintains dental records.
* - Maintains dental statistics for dental productivity and monthly utilization reports.
* - Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of all required oral health and wellness records when they are in the subcontractor's presence.
* - Provide support to the students in acquiring the oral health-related skills, knowledge, and attitudes that will make them employable.
* - Promote opportunities for the students to practice the skills that will help make them employable.
