Clarity PSO Celebrates Five Years as a Patient Safety Organization with a Report to Healthcare Providers

On November 18, 2013, Clarity PSO will embark on its sixth year as one of the leading Patient Safety Organizations in the country. Over the past five years, Clarity PSO has been a trailblazer in providing the types of patient safety activities envisioned by AHRQ when the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA) was first signed back in 2005 and became effective in February of 2009.
