T&M Associates has hired Cynthia L. Zawrotuk, Mendi C. Lowe and Freddy E. Lutz at its Greenfield Corporate Center office. Zawrotuk, of Manheim, has been named group manager. A University of Dayton graduate, she formerly was vice president and Lancaster office manager for ARRO Consulting.

Lowe, of Mount Joy, has been named client manager. A Bucknell University graduate, Lowe formerly was assistant vice president and assistant Lancaster office manager for ARRO Consulting.

Lutz, of Catasauqua, has been named regional marketing manager. A Lock Haven University graduate, Lutz formerly was vice president of corporate development for ARRO Consulting.

The Lancaster County Community Foundation has added Joe Byorick and Steve Geisenberger to its board of directors and promoted Diana Martin.

Byorick is treasurer at Lancaster General Health. Geisenberger is a principal at Walz, Deihm, Geisenberger, Bucklen & Tennis.

Martin, of Lancaster, has been named communications manager. She joined the foundation in 2011 as communications specialist. She is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Ocean Thermal Energy Corp. has promoted James D. Greenberg to chief sustainability officer and hired Laura Worker as marketing manager.

Greenberg, of Landisville, joined OTE in 2009 as head of communications. Before that, he was managing partner of the law firm of Katherman, Briggs and Greenberg.

Worker, of Lititz, most recently was district marketing leader for Trane Commercial Systems. She holds a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and an MBA from Temple University.

Retreat of Lancaster County has hired Jack Sodak as director of outpatient services.

Sodak, of Lancaster, is a substance-abuse professional with more than 24 years of experience implementing programs and providing direct care to individuals and families.

A licensed professional counselor and certified addiction counselor, Sodak spent eight years as site director for Rehab After Work's Lancaster office, establishing that site.

He also has worked at Caron Treatment Centers and Lancaster General Hospital's Susquehanna Division.

Sodak holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Marywood University.

Donegal Mutual Insurance Co. has announced four management appointments.

Terry Keener has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of commercial lines. Keener, of Mount Joy, joined Donegal in 1981.

Jason McAfee has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of research and development. McAfee, of Exton, is a West Chester University graduate who joined Donegal in 2004.

Sheri Smith has been named vice president. Smith, of Mount Joy, continues as corporate secretary. Smith joined Donegal in 1979.

Dan Navarro has been hired as commercial regional production underwriting manager. Navarro, of Hershey, previously was vice president of underwriting for the Oklahoma Farm Bureau. He is an Arizona State University graduate.

Brethren Village has hired Nancy Eshleman as director of human resources.

Eshleman, of West Lampeter, previously was director of human resources at Franklin & Marshall College. Before that, she held human resources positions for Armstrong World Industries.

Eshleman holds a bachelor's degree from Alfred University and a master's degree from Cornell University.

Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care Landscape & Pest Control has hired Anthony Przychodzien III as an account manager.

Przychodzien, of Manheim, has 15 years of landscape industry experience. Most recently he was a manager at Brickman Group.

Przychodzien is a graduate of Delaware Valley College of Science & Agriculture.

Michelle Miller, a project estimator at Benchmark Construction, and Barry Higgins, a mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordinator, have earned their Certified Healthcare Constructor credentials from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering of the American Hospital Association.
