Car crashes through window

Only one passenger, an elderly woman, was in the car at the time of the accident and was not injured. Two windows were broken near the front door along some of the brick wall underneath the windows.
Inside, several of the tobacco cases behind the counter had been knocked over and merchandise was scattered across the floor in front of the register.
"I was behind the counter when I heard a boom," said
The driver, who Lizauckas described as a regular customer, was treated and then released at the scene to a family member.
The vehicle struck near the center post of the building making the front of the store unstable, a responding officer noted.
"She said it was just a mistake," he said. "She's not sure what happened."
